Engineered for high-heat environments where performance and protection are critical, the HexArmor HeatArmor ™ Comp Toe SRO Work Boot is built to handle demanding work on hot asphalt. A water-repellent full grain leather upper pairs with a breathable textile fabric liner to deliver durable, comfortable wear. Inside, a removable comfort insole with moisture-wicking properties helps keep feet dry throughout the day. The six-layer construction provides heat insulation, while a steel puncture plate adds protection against sharp hazards underfoot. The MACSOLE ™ rubber outsole is designed to withstand heat up to 572°F, along with slip, abrasion, oil and fuel exposure for reliable traction in tough conditions. The composite safety toe helps protect against impact, and reflective side strips enhance visibility for added safety. Flame-resistant laces provide added protection, while the seamless design supports durability and easier cleaning. The flat, non-marking sole and lace-up design deliver a secure, traditional fit. ASTM F2413-24 I/C EH PR SRO compliant.

Safety Features

COMPOSITE TOE / NANO TOE: Compared to their steel toe counterparts the composite toes are manufactured using lightweight materials to make the shoe weigh less while meeting ASTM standards. These shoes meet ASTM F2413-24 I/C standards.
ELECTRICAL HAZARD: The soles of EH shoes provide a barrier to protect employees from open electrical currents up to 600 volts. EH shoes are often needed in maintenance, welding and engineering positions. All styles marked with the “EH” icon in this catalog meet the ASTM F2413-24 EH / ASTM F2892-24 EH standards.
HEAT RESISTANT 572F: These shoes feature outsoles that resist high heat to create a more durable work boot. Heat Resistant: 300C / 572F
PUNCTURE RESISTANT: These shoes are designed to reduce the impact of sharp objects which are damaging to the foot. Puncture wounds can be hazardous to the midsole of the foot and the appropriate footwear is necessary on job sites where sharp objects can pierce the sole. These shoes meet ASTM F2413-24 PR standards.
SLIP RESISTANT: Slip resistant safety footwear is the fastest growing segment of the safety footwear industry. For many employers with wet, oily, and/or greasy floors, it is common sense to require slip resistant safety footwear. Slip related injuries can be extremely costly. No shoe is slip proof, however employers who require slip resistant shoes can reduce worker’s compensation claims.

ASTM SRO: Testing that focuses on performance not only in wet and dry conditions with a minimum COF requirement of 0.40, but also oily/wet conditions with a minimum COF requirement of 0.33. Previously referred to as ‘high soil’ oily/wet in other testing methodologies. All styles marked with the “SRO” icon meet the ASTM F2913-24 or ASTM F3445-24 SRO standard.
Solid Upper (no mesh): Footwear constructed with non-mesh materials in the upper, offering full coverage and enhanced protection. These styles are ideal for environments where exposure to debris, liquids, or contaminants is a concern.
