Refund policy
At OnSight Vision LLC, we make exchanges and replacements easy. Every order is backed by professional fitting for comfort and compliance, with ongoing support to keep your footwear program running smoothly. These terms apply to all orders at onsightsafety.com.
- New / unworn footwear: in original condition and packaging may be returned for exchange or store credit within 60 days of purchase. Contact us first for simple return instructions.
- Worn / defective footwear (at our determination): under 6 months old with normal wear — full refund or 100% store credit toward a replacement; 6 months–1 year with normal wear — 50% store credit; 6 months–1 year with little wear — full store credit toward a replacement.
- Not eligible: footwear worn out or damaged by the work environment — e.g. leather torn from catching on objects; uppers ruined by oil, water, gasoline, or chemicals; misuse, alteration, or end of normal service life.
- Exchanges & replacements: need a different size or a replacement? Contact us for an easy exchange — including for on-site program participants, where replacements are coordinated as part of ongoing program management.
- How to start: email or call 617-294-9559 with your order number. Refunds/credits issue after the item is received and inspected.
